Note

1. ICMES 2024 only accepts registration fee in USD / RMB. Registration fee covers all conference sessions, conference document, meals on November 2, 2024 and reception. Cost of accommodation and transportation is not covered by registration fee.

2. Registration of paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper. Presentation of abstract must be done by one of author(s) of the abstract.

3. One regular paper within 5 pages. If the paper exceeds 5 pages, extra pages should be charged at 50 USD / 350 RMB / per page.

4. Student fee is ONLY applicable for full-time students who are FIRST authors. Students have to provide a valid certificate from their departments.

5. Additional paper registration requests that two papers have the same FIRST Author.

 

Cancellation Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded.

The organizing committee is not responsible for problems beyond our control, such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, etc. 
* The organizing committees reserve the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
